KCG tracked contract payments manually and in separate places. With clients, subcontractors and vendors involved across many contracts, milestones and payment terms, updates were slow and prone to errors, and finance had no single view of where each payment stood.

Calpar Global built CPS (Contract Payment Status), a custom web application with a centralised contract dashboard and automated payment tracking. It gives KCG a clear, shared view of every contract and payment stage and streamlines the payment workflow across teams.
